Most of the eyelashes being improperly glued onto my eyelids, causing irritation and eyelid pulling. It became so uncomfortable that I had to painfully remove some of the glued-on eyelashes.
As a result, I sought a different eyelash technician to correct the problem and remove them.
I've had eyelash extensions numerous times in the past, and no one had ever incorrectly applied them in this way. In my attempt to resolve the issue, I requested a refund - but it was met with refusal.
