The hair wasn’t pulled from the root for my Hollywood which meant it grew back fast and coarse. I was really disappointed because I was on vacation the next day. When I tried to get it fixed while away I was advised to wait a few weeks for regrowth.

Amazing as usual! Even though I was out-of-sync with my usual appointment timings, the wax was perfect! Every treatment I’ve ever had from here is relaxing (even the waxing) - such a gentle hand, I still don’t know how she does it; highly recommend!
