The massage itself was really good, the girl was pleasant and did an amazing job.
She could have prepared better though, and checked what treatment I came for and for how long. She didn't have the hot stones ready and stopped the massage half way through and turned the light back on only to have me remind her that I came in for the full body treatment. That made the overall experience not great.
Hot Stone Massage
I loved getting my hair cut here. I'm quire indecisive with my hair, and am not very good at articulating what I'd like, but the process was all very relaxed and I got a lot of help. At the time, my hair was in quite bad condition, but my hairdresser was lovely and did not judge my dry ends!

Staff were friendly and put me at ease straight away, service was quick and efficient.
