The therapist was very nice and friendly and I am sure will be an excellent therapist as she gets more experienced. Unfortunately the gel nails I had hoped would last 2 weeks barely lasted for 6 hours. The quality of the manicure was not great, varnish was applied very thickly and within 2 hours one nail started to peel off and by the end of my evening the rest of them had too. The manicure also took about 30 mins longer than advertised, which is not great when you have places to be immediately afterwards.
The salon area where I waited before my treatment was somewhat uninspiring, and the hairdressing staff could do with some lessons in customer service. Standing right outside the door to smoke, and then continually opening the door to chat the the other staff inside the salon, lets all the smoke in to the salon - in particular where the clients are sitting waiting for their appointments (ie right in to my face). Also sitting munching on a bag of crisps and sandwiches between clients in the salon...do you not have a staff room you can use?
As I said the therapist who did my manicure was very nice and chatty buthe overall I would not return and would not recommend this salon to my friends.

Love this place and love the staff! Sharon is a fantastic hairdresser! She listens to exactly what you want and delivers that and more. It is always such a lovely treat to go to Indigo and I always leave with a big smile on my face.
