Really happy with my haircut. Stylist was very efficient & cut exactly as I requested.
Would have loved a refreshment being offered to add to the experience.

Awful. Basic salon, basic hairdressing skills and overall bad hair job.
I arrived on time for my appointment but the stylist made me wait whilst she stood by the front door and smoked a cigarette and then faffed around for 10 minutes - she was in no rush. There is nothing professional about this salon, it's more suited to performing run of the mill jobs like blow drys and purple rinses, which is where I'm guessing the salon gets it getting its 5 star reviews from. I booked an appointment here because of the good reviews but if you are looking for something even remotely stylish or creative DO NOT come here.
The worst thing was that the stylist managed to get bleach all over the expensive top I was wearing and never had the decency to bring it to my attention and apologise. It wasn't until I got home that I realised my top was ruined with bleach. I emailed a complaint so that all the details were in writing but it was completely ignored. This salon has no notion of good customer service.
This has to be the worst hair job and salon experience I've ever had.
