A back room in a hair salon, the room was nicely appointed with a chair, bed, trolley - all as you'd expect but once the treatment was started the room felt too brightly lit and definitely needed to be warmer!
Also, the floors weren't terribly clean but overall, it's a nice space.
In terms of the treatment itself, I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck and Sammy went to work on this vigorously - so much so that I was left with arc shaped bruises around my shoulder blades! But that said, it wasn't too uncomfortable at the time.
I had a hit stone massage but found the stones weren't hot enough for my taste and I'd have preferred a deeper massage using the stones themselves.
The cold facial stones were very nice though but a promised scalp massage didn't materialise.
Sammy was a very nice therapist and I'm sure is very good but sadly not for me.
Overall I found the experience adequate but not as good as I'd hoped it would be...
