Through no fault of the salons my original appointment didn't exist, treatwell had doubled booked them on that day. This was professionally explained to me & a stylist even offered to come in on their day of despite it not being their fault. My colour & cut was done by Claire T. She was an absolute angel, chatty, reassuring and professional throughout. Will no longer go elsewhere. Left the salon feeling & looking great!! Thank you Claire!
