I was pretty disappointed with my first trip. I went for a post lockdown trim (to get my dry ends off whilst I wait for my normal hairdresser at the end of May). We talked about an inch or 2 being taken off albeit there would still be some dry ends (my hair was really long (waist length)). Ive left with hair just passed my shoulders. About 5 inches taken off. What was worse was when I brought my hair to the front it was uneven - which meant even more off before leaving in trying to even it out

Amazing haircut, with lovely friendly staff! Felt very safe with many covid procedures in place but all done in such away that the experience is not impeded on. Thank you, I will be back!
