It was my first time visiting the salon and I was looked after by Claire from start to finish. I was really impressed with the salon and Claire was great. Very happy with my haircut thank you!
I was pretty disappointed with my first trip. I went for a post lockdown trim (to get my dry ends off whilst I wait for my normal hairdresser at the end of May).
We talked about an inch or 2 being taken off albeit there would still be some dry ends (my hair was really long (waist length)). Ive left with hair just passed my shoulders. About 5 inches taken off. What was worse was when I brought my hair to the front it was uneven - which meant even more off before leaving in trying to even it out
