Indigo was lovely & a very skilled masseuse! I had a deep tissue massage & she really helped focus on my tight areas checking in on me throughout the massage to make sure it wasn’t too painful. She also gave me advice on stretches to do to try & avoid a build up of muscle tension. Definitely recommend
