The lady who did my wax was very lovely and sweet, but unfortunately, the wax itself was not up to the usual standard I experience here. Several areas were not waxed properly; the hair suffered from breakage rather than being removed from the root, as it grew back just 2 days later but only in some areas. I love this salon, but the technique this time just didn't deliver the lasting results I usually get from the other team members.
