Nails were fine but let down by customer service, another conveyor belt type nail salon where staff talk among themselves and not to customers.
Booked for a specific staff member and got some guy instead, one of the female staff helped me manoeuvre out of my sandals after mani/ pedi so I would have preferred her.

The only negative feedback i have is that my 45 minutes pedicure took 25 mins. For some, I know this is great if they want a fast treatment. However, if I book a 45 minutes session, I would prefer to actual have the full treatment of sitting with my feet in the water and chill a little. Instead of feeling like they are rushing through it to get the next person in as quick as possible.
