I loved my nails—everyone was very friendly and professional, and the whole process was both quick and relaxing.

I had previously appreciated the quick service here, but during my last visit, I paid extra for a BIAB treatment and unfortunately didn’t receive the full service due to a mistake. There was no refund offered, which was disappointing. I hope the salon takes more care in ensuring that clients receive what they pay for.
