The end result is great however the scraping off of the original gel was too early and scratches the nails so I get nervous of this

Unfortunately they were running 20 minutes late which made my experience quite stressful as I needed to leave by a certain time on my birthday. They sounded surprised that I was in a rush - I would just assume that if I book an appointment in advance they would be ready for me. It was a shame as the staff and salon were very nice.
Same thing happened to someone who came in after me.

The best nail salon! The techs take great care to ensure that your nails look perfect, my manicures from Indigo last such a long time due to this. It is also a very friendly environment and they care about their clients experience considerably.
