Fitted me in last minute, very accomodating, listened to what I asked for, took great care in removing my BIAB whilst not damaging my natural nail underneath.

Hope such a good experience, I was listened to. I even added another hour to get a facial done - I will be returning. As the Swedish massage has really helped my muscles / pains (I was recommended massages for my fibromyalgia - as I was having a flare and could barely function). The pressure was perfect, and although I was asked if I wanted it done differently. It was the right amount of pressure for what my body needed. Also my facial was great - I got good advice for my skin health. Thank you

Sheyda seemed professional and experienced. Overall my experience was good however I would have liked it if Sheyda communicated with me throughout, as I wasn’t sure what she was doing and the steamer was left on for what seemed like a very long time. Some of the procedure was painful so I would have liked it if she told me what she was doing and reassured me that everything was okay. This would have made it a more pleasant experience.

Simply awesome! From the customer service, friendliness, cleanliness, patience to precision. I am over the moon and would recommend this salon to everyone. Have never been in such a great salon in London. And the little girl there is such a bliss ;)
