Attentive and accommodating staff. The venue is also close to the Clapham Junction station, which is convent for commuters like me.

I had to bring my baby and all the staff were very welcoming and understanding when I needed to feed etc.

Lovely clean place but nail polish does look quite streaky and I felt the girl that did my nails rushed ,it felt very rushed like the focus is to get you in and get rid of you quickly rather than being made to feel like you are getting a beauty treatment which is what getting your nails done actually is ….she was polite but I personally wouldn’t return .

They placed the tools on the floor while doing my pedicure which I felt not very hygienic. They should ask questions while they are cutting the dry skin, we should be able to explain what we would like them to focus on.
