The massage itself was amazing. Sheyda was fantastic. But the atmosphere really let it down. I think they must make the clients’ drinks just outside the treatment room because you could hear them talking/the kettle really loudly which ruined the relaxing nature of a massage. The bed wasn’t a massage bed, it was a regular treatment bed with a flimsy neck pillow to put my face onto, which was not supportive enough and meant I spent the time with my nose uncomfortably squashed against the bed.
Staff were friendly,apologetic when my appointment ran late, but the treatment left a lot to be desired. My hairs are now curling and brittle, the threading gave me patches and a surprised look. Beautician also cut the hairs short without ever asking
