It was a great experience! It was my first time getting BIAB nail extensions. My only complaint is that my index finger nail popped off after the 2nd week because the extension was stuck fully, but besides that great expensive. 4 weeks later the rest of the nails are still going strong.

Katie knows her stuff and takes great care of her clients and thinks about the longevity and health of your nails. Very efficient and great mani pedi. This is a workhorse of a salon and does what it says on the tin.

Due to an issue with another customer my service was a bit delayed. I only had a limited time because I need to fix a broken nail in my lunch break. They were very nice about it and not their fault. Otherwise great and very attentive as always
