Makeup wasn’t removed properly, no background music so spent the whole time listening to the conversation between nail technicians and clients outside the room as the door didn’t close properly. Beautician was sniffing the whole time, bright lights, was interrupted abruptly by someone coming into the room, face feels tight and uncomfortable after the treatment and feel like I need to go home and wash it. Really disappointed
