Paid £8 extra for white tips which they did an awful job of after several attempts. Returned to take the white tips off and just do regular polish (which also took several tries to get right) and they refused to give me a refund for the £8 even though I didn’t get what I paid for. Nail tech also cut me twice and broke my nail. Will not be returning which is a shame as I really liked this place and have been coming for a while.
