It was a relaxing massage, but I didn't like the use of latex gloves (I understand the reason, but it weakened the experience).
However my main issue is that despite booking an hour massage, I only got 50 minutes and still charged the full £60. Started at 2.15 and finished at 3.05. I did ask at the end whether that was an hour and she said yes. I then got an email about 15 minutes after it finished saying the start time had been changed to 2.10.

Amazing Facial and even more amazing massage. Was so relaxed when I left. Will be booking more of these for sure.
