I feel dreadful leaving a bad review but sadly I had an awful experience even after reading reviews. It even says on their insta bio they do nail art but I went asking for a basic French design and she said she can’t do it because she can’t do designs so I settled for a basic nude gel and the one I’d picked off their catalogue they didn’t have. The nails took 3 hours (I did get a £5 discount) and are uneven and misshaped- the acrylic is lumpy and they just don’t look good. Need to fix elsewhere

I came to get my hair cut by Romina after bleaching and dying it at home for years; it was in terrible condition and Romina was amazing in telling me what I needed to do and my hair looked so much better when she'd finished, will definitely be returning :)
