Arrived for my appointment to be told they know nothing of it showed confirmation they said they couldn’t do my orginal appointment time, very disappointing

Awful experience the mani & pedi was rushed and the nails were not prepared properly before nail varnish application. On top she cut me multiple times. Care should be taken and you should be professional. The nail technician seemed very stressed out as well.
