I am sorry to leave a negative review but I really don’t understand the 5-star rating. I had to lie directly on a plastic sheet for all three wax treatments so it got really sticky and uncomfortable and there are patches of hair left. The Brazilian is particularly bad and I’m going to have to get it re-done somewhere else. Arti is nice and the salon is great but it’s not a good result compared to cheaper places locally. Disappointed.

I had a great time getting my facial. Arti is very nice and professional, and she has good hands, which was great, as she combined a neck and shoulder massage with the facial.
