I booked an express manicure but there was no note about the fact that this was just a filing + polish. The technician was rude about the fact I'd booked the wrong treatment and was 15 mins late. The appointment was then rushed to make sure they could fit it into the original time and this meant the polish was a bit messy and the shellac chipped after 3 days when it should last two weeks. Would not book again.
