Not a relaxing experience at all ,When you go for a facial you expect to relax and have a calm experience.The TV was blaring euro pop music very loudly ,and to top it off when I was left for 20 min ,the therapist had heated up her lunch and it stank of meat and garlic and when she came back in to take of the mask all I could smell was garlic ,I have never experienced this in a salon before ,and I paid £95 for the pleasure ,never again
