Overall good experience - I find the Lycon wax (which doesn't use strips) a bit more painful but gets the job done quicker so it's all down to your preference! They did a good job and were diligent in ensuring all hair was removed, plus the wax is good value for money. I was a bit concerned that disposable gloves weren't worn - these should be used with all customers to prevent any skin-to-skin infection.
