I went on this salon to get my lashes done.
The lady was super nice in terms of manners, but I had the feeling that she had no idea what she was doing.
After one hour and a half of trying, she managed to stick few lashes on me, but they were very hard, full of glue and on the other way round. After this, I just asked her to remove all of them and let me go since I was feeling very uncomfortable.
The worse thing was that the lady made me pay 50£ for the treatment, even if I ended up having no lashes.
I would not recommend this salon for lashes. Definitely not.

Where do I begin? From the warm welcome I received to the truly exceptional waxing experience the whole thing was as pleasant as it could be.
I opted for the Duchess Hollywood and now I’m not sure I could go for anything else! What an experience and the results were outstanding. I am usually nervous and was hesitant to try another place but this place was sooo different to my usual experiences - in the very best way!
The knowledge of the ladies working there was evident throughout the appointment. Very personalised service and they really took their time. I didn’t feel rushed and it was a very calm and relaxed experience. The advice given was sound and personalised to my hair and/or skin type. I don’t think I’ve ever left a waxing appointment smiling as much as I did. Thank you. What a great salon experience - don’t change what you do!
Needless to say - I’ve already booked myself in for my next waxing appointment. Why would I go anywhere else? Highly recommended.

Lovely staff - brand new equipment and incredible attention to detail. Lovely massage chairs. Made to feel very welcome. Had a brilliant pedicure with polish.
