Ida was very nice, but it was a very long experience, (4 hours for full head of highlights and a trim). My highlights could be better, parts around my hair line got missed, and on one side the hair wasn't weaved so it's just block colour. I was happy with the cut. In summary I would go back for a cut but not a colour. And Ida was a lovely lady!

The worse haircut I’ve gotten ever! She cut my fringe so it’s shorter in the back and longer in the front.
Kept me waiting for ages (1hr) and spend most of the time trying to charge me extra. She asked how I want it dried. I said curly then she said that’s extra. I said that’s ok, dry it any way I don’t mind as long as it’s no extra charge. She kept pushing me to pay extra. At the end she told the guy I said I would pay £5 extra.I did not agree to this but still paid as she put me on the spot.

Great haircut- I went in for a trim and adding fringe and am really happy with the results!
I felt very safe re. Covid precautions as Eda wore a mask throughout, disinfected EVERYTHING, used disposable towels and gown and I was the only customer in at that time.
She checked the haircut and styling with me as we went and even re-blow dried it for me when I was fussy about the ends!
Friendly and professional the whole time. A lovely experience.
