When we arrived we were aware that we were late, however the approach of the hair stylist was not the best. It was awkward when we arrived and we did not feel welcome because we were late. She needs to have better people skills, and not be so funny about us being late. This made the whole experience not very enjoyable, as it started off on the wrong foot.
