Awful experience, took time off from work to have a hair cut only to receive a text message with 10 min before my appointment that its been canceled due to hairdresser illness. I was ok lets give her the benefit of the doubt so I messaged asking for a reschedule. I never received a reply which showed me I made a mistake when I made the booking with such an unprofessional people. If you have only one hairdresser in that place you call salon then you should not waste people’s time.
