The cancelled the appointment when I was on the way and didn't refund me. I called two times but keep hearing that somebody will call me back. It's been 1.5 weeks and I still haven't got my money back.
When I arrived the hairdresser was incredibly rude to me, telling me that I had booked my appointment for a different time, despite me having the text and emails to confirm that I had booked at the correct time. She continued to tell me I was wrong and that her colleague wouldn't have made the mistake in the diary. Despite this, I decided to wait half an hour to get my hair cut here. The hair cut itself was actually good, although the hairdresser was not very understanding of how I wanted my hair cut so it isn't really what I wanted. But I was happy with the service all the same. Just a real shame about the initial harsh welcome.
