Men's Haircut
Last minute visit to the hair salon - the staff had not seen the treatwell booking but luckily were still able to keep the slot. Unfortunately I found it quite difficult to communicate with my hairdresser. I didn't feel that my requests were taken into account and am not happy with the end result. I will not be returning.

She did a great job but the £8 disparity between treatwell price and the actual salon price was hard to stomach - i purposefully didnt get a cut because i was short of money but could have afforded it if i had have gone there direct. I know this happens a lot with treatwell but the difference here was huge.

I had booked an eyebrow threading and when I get there was told they don’t do threading, and was offered shaping with tweezers instead. Although disappointing, the staff were very nice about it and offered me a slight discount for the mix up. My haircut and blow dry was great and good value. Thank you
