I had booked an eyebrow threading and when I get there was told they don’t do threading, and was offered shaping with tweezers instead. Although disappointing, the staff were very nice about it and offered me a slight discount for the mix up. My haircut and blow dry was great and good value. Thank you

I was very happy with my haircut but it took much longer than advertised. The appointment also started 20 minutes late so wouldn't recommend if you're in a rush. The lady who worked on my hair was very diligent and careful.
