Harminder was a considerate and knowledgeable therapist. He took some time to discuss what issues I was having and got to know what exactly I wanted out of the session. He frequently asked if the pressure was strong or light enough, and adjusted accordingly. Harminder has the strength to apply a lot of pressure if required, something I have found that has lacked with other therapists. I left the session feeling great, and the issues I wanted improving were improved. I will go again.

Harminder was fantastic: professional, skilled, friendly and kind! He explained everything and regularly checked that I was okay. 48 hours after the massage, my shoulder and back felt better than they have done in years! Great massage at the right firmness. Good communication throughout. It’s tricky to find because it’s within another wellness clinic and upstairs. Could do with some more comfortable towels underneath and on top but this may have been limited by COVID-19.
