I had a massage in my calf, as I’d experienced a calf sprain the day before whilst out on a run. From experience this has put me out for weeks. The next day had the massage on my calf - they got right into it. It’s feeling a lot better two days late.
This was my second time with this therapist. They took the time to understand where my main aches were and spent extra time ensuring they got the knots out!

What impressed me most was her intuition; she knew exactly when to dial up the intensity to get deep into the muscle and when to ease off. She didn’t stop until every single one of my stubborn shoulder knots was completely gone. I walked out feeling a million times better, I'll definitely be back!
