This was an excellent experience. I was sent by my chiropractic to get a sports massage to support my programme with a ‘seized back’. Steven was very experienced and supportive of my poorly back and offered good advice for ongoing practices. He was calm and looked out for my wellbeing. As a result, I have booked another appointment next week. Would recommend this clinic. Thank you

great half sporty half relaxing massage, focusing pressure on tense areas and corresponding to the aches and pains i discussed with Harminder at the beginning of the session. Result: I left feeling tall, good and relaxed - so effective!

I have been suffering with terrible pain in my shoulders, upper back and neck from working at a desk for extended periods. After reading positive reviews, I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Harminder. Due to my specific issues he suggested a sports massage which was transformative. He was very knowledgable, considerate and effective. I felt lighter, the knots and tension in my shoulders and neck have started to dissipate, and left feeling incredibly relaxed.
