I had a massage in my calf, as I’d experienced a calf sprain the day before whilst out on a run. From experience this has put me out for weeks. The next day had the massage on my calf - they got right into it. It’s feeling a lot better two days late.

I had an incredible sports massage with Kate, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is clearly very knowledgeable and took a truly thorough approach to our session.
What impressed me most was her intuition; she knew exactly when to dial up the intensity to get deep into the muscle and when to ease off. She didn’t stop until every single one of my stubborn shoulder knots was completely gone. I walked out feeling a million times better, I'll definitely be back!
