After an initial message to find which treatment would be best I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Harminder was friendly and helpful, very keen to tailor my massage to exactly my requirements. The treatment room was very clean and comfortable, and the music very relaxing.
Harminder was careful to use the right amount of pressure to loosen up the problem areas in my back and shoulders without causing unnecessary discomfort. Mobility has since increased and shoulder pain lessened. Will be back

Harminder was really welcoming and asked for any particular areas to work on. The room was comfortable enough. Harminder was attentive and made sure that I was comfortable throughout but worked well on the areas of my back that I mentioned and my back felt weightless afterwards. I will be going back for a deep tissue massage as it's needed!

Harminder is a friendly and knowledgeable masseur. He gave me a much needed sports massage as I've been doing lots of kickboxing sparring and training lately. Luckily Harminder also has knowledge of kickboxing and sports in general so understands sports massage very well. I am very pleased with my experience and highlu recommend him. Thank you!
