Best massage I've ever had! Harminder was friendly and welcoming and tailored my massage to target problem areas. I felt relaxed and at ease, the treatment room was welcoming and peaceful and I left feeling refreshed and physically much better too. I will definitely go back next time I visit Brighton

Harminder is great excellent massage and really attentive to what was hurting and what I needed. I was late and he still gave me the full hour which was really kind. My lower back pain has dramatically improved! Magic

Brilliant sports massage from Harminder - great attention to detail, applying just the right amount of pressure to alleviate my back pain. I tried to book with my regular physio but was so last minute I couldn’t. So I booked Harminder and so glad I did. I arrived in agony and left feeling a good deal better and now am pain free. Harminder was very professional, knowledgeable and fun to chat to too. Will be rebooking to keep my pain at bay and thoroughly recommend him.
