I had a hair cut, blow dry and treatment. The salon is classy and understated. The staff were the most professional I have ever had. This salon is, honestly, the best salon I have been to. I am a regular at Toni and Guy/Headmasters and I will no longer go back to either of those chains. After a dodgy cut 3 months ago at Sean Hanna in Putney I was dubious (i always am before a cut). The stylist (Kristina I think) was great, really attentive but not annoying! Excellent cut and blow dry and she rectified the botched fringe job from my previous cut. The treatment I chose a "shine" one. I don't know if it has done anything though! I never really believe treatments do much, but it was part of the wahanda package. This is the treatment though not the salon. The nice thing was having a hot towel round your head- very relaxing for a couple of minutes. The only two negatives (very picky of me) was no fruit juice on offer as a drink, but I had a tea which came out in a proper teapot!! Amazing! Also, the chair for the hair wash was uncomfortable on the neck, but felt no different to any other salon- I always find it uncomfortable. Fantastic experience, I think I have finally found a salon I will make my regular.
Booked for a 'Technical Hair Style', did not specify it was a blow dry so had to pay an extra £10 for them to put it up. Didn't have it washed and only took 30 minutes rather than the 45 allocated for a blow dry, so was a bit disappointed to have to pay more.
Sophie greeted me and chatted through the disaster that was my hair. She offered great tips for style and maintenance and did a fantastic job overall. I didn't feel pressure to purchase products and Sophie made the whole experience a very positive one.
