This was my first time at the salon. I would have liked the consultation to be a bit longer. I felt things were perhaps a bit rushed, possibly because it was a late Friday afternoon appointment. I’m a nervous haircut customer, and the resulting haircut was quite a bit shorter than I had wanted, although the quality of the cut was good. I left the salon feeling a bit depressed. It’s a haircut I’ve had to get used to, but I do quite like it now.
