Monika was very open with her styling advice and made her best to accommodate my requests. She was friendly and professional.
I was happy with my haircut.
The salon was not full and the door was left open, but the stylists did not wear any masks or protections, the hand sanitiser bottle displayed on the counter was clearly untouched. Health and safety setup could have been better
My second visit to the salon and it’s a mixed experience. I feel the stylists could be friendlier and more talkative. I feel as if they just want to get the job done and that’s that. Being a previous hairdresser myself, I loved chatting with clients, you don’t get much of that there, I was the one making most of the conversation. The salon doesn’t have much of an atmosphere at all. My cut from Monika was great, but again no talking or conversation.
I had a lovely visit. Hairdresser was nice and friendly. She made an amazing job of my hair .so happy with the outcome look like a new person and feel amazing. Thank you 😍
