I asked for a trim, including maintaining my existing layers. I got quite a blunt cut, much shorter than I'd asked for. A shame, as the last time I went here and had a different hairdresser, my cut was perfect.
The website was easy to book on. I had a lovely hairdresser at a nice relaxed place and got a great haircut
I have returned to this salon twice now as I think it is great value! The only reason I put 3 for ambience was because I was the only person there as it was late night which was even more helpful - but hard to comment on. I will be returning here going forward.
Loved this salon! I have used a few of these voucher salons and have always been disappointed. Now I have found my salon - with or without a voucher, I will definitely be going back to this salon. The staff are really friendly and don't make you feel like an inconvenience as some others do. Both the ladies who I dealt with listened to what i had to say and gave me some advice too without forcing it on me. The salon is beautiful, clean, professional and it was an absolute pleasure to visit. Look no further - you have found your new salon.
The stylist was great, she gave me a new style. I liked her honesty and directness. The ambience was little on the OK side nothing really happening in the salon. It was quiet but suppose that is the experience some want. Coffee was not great as it was made with plastic milk. Great they offered a drink though. Will defo go back for next cut and even thinking of a new colour.
