I finally founded my hair dresser in London! I loved this place. They atended me as soon as I arrive. I was welcome by Donata, she asked me which idea a had for my hair cut. She was very professional and friendly and gave me good recommendations. I didn't felt rush like in other places when they are already washing your hair when they tell you hello for first time! It was a nice experience. It was quiet, relaxing and no loud chatting gossip! And the most important thing, I love my hair cut!

Donata was excellent. She really listened to what I wanted and did exactly as she said (quite often I ask for one thing and get something else!!). She was very attentive and meticulous in making sure the haircut looked perfect at the end. I had also stupidly booked a blowdry instead of a haircut which she kindly accommodated with no fuss at all. Would recommend!

Had a lovely haircut and blowdry and my stylist did a great job listening to what I wanted and was also accommodating of the fact I had to leave early. Happy with the final product and would come again.
I booked for 5pm, but when I dropped by a few hours early to check out the location, Sophie was free and suggested moving the appointment earlier, which was a nice surprise. The salon is clean, modern and nicely decorated, and even has vibrating massage chairs underneath the sinks for your hairwash, which I have never encountered before! Sophie understood exactly what I wanted and gave me a classy, precise haircut. I would say that the salon was less noisy than other salons I have been to, so if you're hoping for a loud gossip during your haircut this may not be the place for you! (However I actually prefer this, having had a lop-sided cut at my previous hairdresser from someone who got a little too excited while they were cutting my hair!) Having said this, the staff were all very very polite and friendly, and Sophie is very nice to talk to. All in all, the salon exceeded my expectations and the haircut was very good value for money. I wasn't originally planning to visit again as Putney isn't that local to me, but it impressed me so much that I will be returning the next time I'm in the area.
