I arrived on time for my appointment. The salon was full as they had accepted walk ins as they advised me that salon had been very quiet all day. They knew I had precooked through Treatwell. Kitty is brilliant at what she does. I was disgusted with other lady as she tried to pass me to Billy to do my treatment but I put my foot down and said no as I was booked in with Kitty originally. She thought she was clever trying to show me up in front of a room full of clients. I am absolutely disgusted. I won't be going to this salon again. That is for sure. I am very pleased with my treatments though done by Kitty. I am very decent and nice person like Kitty is but ot is a shame you lost me as a client because I won't be shown up like that ever. Thank you.
