Pre booked and then was told it’s £1 extra for longer length which wouldn’t be a problem at all but due to them not taking card, only bank transfer, I was told under £20 transaction is a £5 fee to business account. So it’s actually ended up £6 extra to bank transfer. Considering they didn’t have the colour I wanted and I had to get nails I didn’t have in mind you’d think they’d allow £1. Really unprofessional and won’t be returning.
