Very bad experience - so unprofessional. They forgot about the appointment. There was no one that could get my hair done. It was a complete waste of my time.
Blow Dry
A quick and efficient haircut, great value for money. They weren't super organised but still got the job done. Very pleased!
Men's Haircut
They advertise highlights but it was not highlights. I explained 3 times that I wanted just a few highlights and came out completely blonde ... The opposite of the result expected. The lady doing my hair was lovely but clearly not trained to do this.
Also they had 2 other bookings at the same time. They didn't know I was coming so I ended up spending more than 3 hours in there.
