When I arrived, it looked like the staff was not aware of my appointment but they were polite. I am happy with the wash, cut and blow dry. When going to the hairdresser, I expect some recommendations but the hairdresser was just doing what I ask her - which is what some people like so depends on the person.
Ladies' Haircuts
Very disappointed. When I arrived they were not expecting me and seemed very angry that I was there (shouting at one another about who would do my hair because no one wanted to). I then had to wait a while before I was seen to. They did not know what I had booked online so I told them it was for wash, cut, oil treatment and blow dry. They then washed my hair and by the time it came to cutting it had forgotten and started to blow dry before i stopped him. He then cut my hair and blow dryed (no oil treatment). I was not asked what I style I wanted my hair blow dryed in. Brushes were not clean when used on my hair and shared with other clients. Heat protection spray wasn't used. The hair cut was very bad - once i got home i noticed some sections of hair were much longer than others and just had not been cut at all! When it came to paying they asked how much I had paid online, and told me it was not enough for the service i had received (i didn't even receive the entire service i paid for online!). I was upset and left very quickly as the entire experience was extremely uncomfortable and of very very poor standard! Would never recommend this salon to anyone!

The coloring I asked was hard to perform. The staff did everything to get the result I wanted.
