Despite calling and emailing the previous day, the venue called me 40 minutes prior to the appointment start time when I was already on my way by foot to cancel, claiming that the Treatwell booking system does not align with their booking system and they are double booked and have to cancel my appointment. Venue was not particularly apologetic and blamed “being slammed” and “teething problems”. I am waiting for a refund.
