I have wanted to do this for a long long time however never had the courage to do it until I read the reviews of others and Ruth sounded nice so decided to give it a go. I was a bit lost however manage to find my way to the place. It was a lovely private cosy house with lovely facilities. Ruth was very welcoming and I felt very at ease and not embarrass at all.
It was a very weird and strange sensation however after we finish I felt tons lighter and better. To say that I am very satisfied is an understatement as I have already booked another treatment with Ruth again within a month and will definitely recommend Ruth to all my friends and family.
This was my first colonic and I didn't really know what to expect. However, Ruth was extremely professional and put my mind completely at rest. Everything looked squeaky clean and there was lovely relaxing music playing in the background. The procedure itself was a bit uncomfortable at times, but not painful at all. I was left feeling so much lighter at the end! I would definitely recommend it and will be returning soon.
