I have been going here for years and had a great experience. But recently the service has gone down hill. The last pedicure gel lasted three days and the staff are quite rough with you when doing your nails. This last pedicure was really rushed.

I’ve usually had really good experiences here, but this time they’d definitely over booked customers and were understaffed. My gel manicure was rushed, and started peeling within a couple of days so was really disappointed this time round

Won’t be returning. My pedicure was 30 minutes late, despite staff saying “5 more minutes” multiple times. After 20 hours I put on a pair of socks and my big toe nails are already flaking. So bad, I could have done a better job myself and saved the £
