I had a an okay experience here, but I found the staff a bit blunt. When I ask for the technicians advise she seemed really annoyed, and I think rushed through the appointment because they were running behind. For £35 I would expect a full cuticle and nail shaping as well as the manicure/gel polish, which I didn't get. that being said, I am fairly happy with my nails. However, I might go elsewhere in the future.
