I booked for deep tissue massage however, I've received light to medium pressure massage.

The lady was lovely but missed a fair bit of hairs on my upper legs, the way the bed was placed she couldn't really get round to my left side so didn't taught the skin so not to bruise it and for it to be less painful.
missed a chunk of hair on the left outer bikini line so i had to go home and sort that out myself. the skin on the right outer bikini line is bruised from not keeping it taught.
and on the back of my arm a bit of my skin was ripped off as well.
she used the same spatula and kept re-dipping it into the pot which just worries me about the hygene levels.
i think overall a refresher course in waxing is needed and then all would be fine.
